While taking deep breaths, you will move your pelvis and shoulder blades to strengthen your core.
By performing the basic movements of Lattice, you can learn how to use your body correctly, improve your posture, and prevent and improve shoulder and back pain.

45 minutes of exercise, followed by Q&A and individual counseling
