Frailty Check Follow-up Course (hosted by Kashiwa Kitabu Second Community Comprehensive Support Center, free of charge)

This is a follow-up course to the frailty checks held on June 2nd and 24th, and anyone can participate.
● Date and time:
・ Nutrition lecture by a registered dietitian: Wednesday, October 15th, 10:30-11:30
・ Exercise class by a physical therapist: Tuesday, October 21st, 1:30pm-2:30pm
● Instructor:
Nutrition lecture: Satono Saito, Registered Dietitian, Nippon Chouzai Kashiwanoha Park Office
・ Exercise course: Ryohei Harada, Certified Physical Therapist, Kashiwanoha Orthopedic Rehabilitation Clinic
● Location: LaLaport KASHIWANOHA North Building 3F, Town Health Research Institute A-Shi-Ta
● Capacity: 20 people each, first come first served
● What to bring: Smartphone, writing implements
