ASHITA（Town Health Center）is a hub for promoting health through walking, talking, and eating, embodying one of the themes of "Kashiwa-no-ha Smart City": a "healthy and long-lived city." We offer cutting-edge health experiences and information that are useful and enjoyable for all ages, from young children to the elderly. Following the renewal in August 2021, in addition to the participatory health-building hub functions that the original A-Shi-Ta had offered, we added the function of a hub for high-value-added healthcare Services (S Grill Domi kosugi & MART LIFE PASS KASHIWA-NO-HA) utilizing the latest technology, further promoting "healthy longevity."
With a few exceptions, usage is free. Feel free to use it as many times as you like with your friends and family.
