It is located about 5 to 10 minutes from the “Edobashi Interchange” and “Takaramachi Interchange” on the Shuto Expressway Central Loop Line, making it easily Access from not only within Tokyo but also from various areas such as Chiba, Saitama, and Kanagawa.

COREDO Muromachi is located along Chuo-dori, the heart of Nihonbashi, and is surrounded by major roads such as Showa-dori and Eitai-dori, allowing for smooth Access by car.

There are plenty of parking options in the area, and the affiliated parking lots that customers visiting COREDO Muromachi can use at a discounted rate include the “COREDO Muromachi Parking Lot (capacity: approx. 290 vehicles)” and “Fukutoku Garden Parking Lot (capacity: approx. 27 vehicles).”“ COREDO Muromachi Terrace Parking Lot (approx. 260 spaces),” “COREDO Nihonbashi Parking Lot (approx. 30 spaces),” and “Mitsukoshi Parking Building (200 and 120 spaces).”

Among these, the “COREDO Muromachi Terrace Parking Lot” and “COREDO Muromachi Parking Lot”—both directly connected to COREDO—tend to be less crowded. Neither is likely to fill up, and you’re very likely to find parking easily, especially on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, as well as on weekday mornings and after 7:00 PM.

This time, we actually visited both parking lots to give you a detailed overview!

"COREDO Muromachi Terrace Parking" is a parking lot located underground at COREDO Muromachi Terrace (Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Tower).

A major advantage is the weekday maximum rate of 2,500 yen (tax included, applicable for repeated use) for 12 hours.

The entrance is on the right side along "Bank of Japan Street".

The landmark you'll see after passing the Bank of Japan on your left is an orange rubber pole (lane divider).

Turn right at the entrance sign you see ahead and proceed.

Parking tickets are issued at the entrance gate on the first basement floor.

Follow the blue line drawn in the passageway and descend to the second basement level.

The parking lot also has a motorcycle parking area (17 spaces). The fee is 200 yen (tax included) for 60 minutes, with no Maximum fee.

Further inside, there are two mechanical parking systems for general customers.

After parking, you can enter COREDO Muromachi Terrace directly.

Exit the parking lot from B1 of COREDO Muromachi Terrace. It's down the corridor on the left, just before the escalator leading to the office entrance.

The waiting area for vehicles leaving the depot is equipped with benches, making the waiting time comfortable.

Incidentally, COREDO Muromachi Terrace also has a bicycle parking area.

The entrance is different from the parking lot; it's located on the north side of COREDO Muromachi Terrace, via the elevator along Edo-dori Street.

Descending to the first basement floor, you'll find a bicycle parking area with a capacity of 138 bicycles.

Hours of operation are from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM the following day, and the fee is 200 yen (tax included) for 6 hours.

"COREDO Muromachi Parking" is a parking lot located underground at COREDO Muromachi 2.

It can accommodate vehicles up to 1,950mm in width, which is slightly larger than the parking spaces at COREDO Muromachi Terrace.

The entrance is on the left side of "Edo Sakura Street," past the Muromachi 2-chome bus stop.

Proceed through the entrance gate and down to the second basement floor.

If you are going to COREDO Muromachi 2 or COREDO Muromachi 1, please use the mechanical parking area "A". If you are going to COREDO Muromachi 3, please use the mechanical parking area "B".

Parking area A can accommodate approximately 210 vehicles, and parking area B can accommodate approximately 70 vehicles.

Similar to COREDO Muromachi Terrace parking lot, both facilities are barrier-free.

After parking, you can enter COREDO Muromachi 1, 2, and 3 directly from the parking lot.

There's a waiting room when you leave the parking lot, so your waiting time will be comfortable.
