[Information for customers who purchased the second Dick Bruna x studio CLIP]

We would like to inform customers who purchase the second series of Dick Bruna x studio CLIP products, which will be released on August 8th, 2026 (Saturday), of the following:

◆Regarding the release date◆
Store release date: August 8, 2026 (Saturday)
and ST release date: 2026/8/7 (Fri) 9:00 AM

◆Regarding the implementation of entry restrictions◆
Due to the expected heavy crowds at all stores carrying Dick Bruna products on the first day of release, we will be implementing entry restrictions to ensure customer safety.
・As this is a limited edition item, there is a possibility that you may not be able to purchase it even if you line up.

◆Regarding entry tickets◆
Due to the expected large number of customers on the day, we will be distributing numbered entry tickets near the entrance on the second floor rotary side from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
Due to limited quantities, even with a numbered ticket, you may not be able to purchase the item. Also, when lining up with a numbered ticket, please refrain from joining your companions later or rushing into the line.

◆Regarding Purchase Rules◆
- We cannot accept orders or reservations until August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday).
Until August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday), in-store purchases are limited to 2 items of the same product (same color, same size) per transaction, and 6 DI Puffy Magnets.
*Please refrain from purchasing multiple items by lining up again.
・We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons at either our physical stores or and ST.
