We would like to inform customers who purchased the first Dick Bruna x studio CLIP product, which will be released on August 1st, 2026 (Saturday), of the following:

◆Release Date◆
Store release date: August 1, 2026 (Saturday)
and ST release date: 2026/7/1 (Fri) 9:00 AM

◆Entry restrictions will be implemented◆
Due to the expected large crowds on the first day of Dick Bruna product release, we will be implementing entry restrictions to ensure the safety of our customers.
・As this is a limited edition item, there is a possibility that you may not be able to purchase it even if you line up.

◆Entry Ticket◆
Due to the expected large number of customers on the day, we will be distributing numbered entry tickets near the entrance on the second floor rotary side from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
Due to limited quantities, even with a numbered ticket, you may not be able to purchase the item. Also, when lining up with an entry ticket, please refrain from joining your companions later or rushing into the line.

◆Purchase Rules◆
- We will not be able to accept orders or reservations until August 11, 2026 (Tuesday/National Holiday).
Until August 11, 2026 (Tuesday, public holiday), in-store purchases are limited to 2 items of the same product (same color, same size) per transaction, and 6 DI Puffy Magnets.
*Please refrain from purchasing multiple items by lining up again.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.

◆Novelty giveaway◆
・Starting with the release of the collaboration on August 1st, 2026 (Saturday),
Receive a free clear fan with any Dick Bruna collaboration item purchase totaling ¥7,000 (tax included) or more. Due to limited quantities, only one fan will be given per transaction. Please note that we cannot split purchases to receive multiple fans.
Due to limited quantities, items will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and will be available only while supplies last.
