■ The history and background of "The Legendary Egg Shop"
This project was launched in 2020, right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. The state of emergency caused a sharp decline in demand from restaurants and hotels, leaving top-quality eggs with nowhere to go and facing the risk of being discarded. Driven by the desire to "not waste a single life that producers have raised with such care," this activity began with the aim of supporting poultry farms.

■Our Role in an Era of Rising Prices
Now, several years after the project began, Japan's poultry industry is facing new and more serious challenges, such as soaring feed prices and rising overhead costs. Eggs, once considered a "model of price stability," now require considerable expense to continue producing high-quality eggs in the current production environment.
We sell our products at a price of 1,000 yen (tax included) per pack (6 pieces). This price is not simply set as a luxury item, but is also an investment in the future to maintain a sustainable production system and return fair profits to poultry farmers throughout Japan. We believe that allowing our customers to experience the "joy of choosing" and "authentic deliciousness" will help support Japan's primary industries.

■Regarding the development at LaLaport IZUMI
As we open a store at "LaLaport IZUMI," we aim to offer local residents "new culinary discoveries."
At the venue, delicious eggs from all over Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa, will be featured daily, depending on the season. From eggs with white yolks to those with a hint of yuzu citrus, and those boasting a rich, deep flavor, please try and compare the diverse characteristics of eggs from various regions of Japan.
