The dough is made with carefully selected ingredients and is baked in a stone oven using Otani kiln stone, which has a high far-infrared effect. The outside is crisp and the inside is moist and chewy, with a delicious sweetness and flavor of the original ingredients. We recommend toasting it thickly.
