Authentic omelet rice that only select chefs can prepare
"guàng" is a cafe that offers a wide variety of drinks, from seasonal fruit tarts to tea and alcohol. The first dish you should order when you come to Guàng is the omelette rice!
Chicken ketchup omurice Lunch: 1,188 yen (tax included), 1,408 yen (tax included) after 15:00 *On weekdays, only the "Japanese-style tuna omurice" may be served. On weekends and after 15:00 every day, you can choose from two types.
Guan is a sister store of the popular cafe "torse" in Yutenji. You can enjoy the beloved omelet rice from torse at Guan!
With its plump and firm eggs, round shape, and carefully garnished ketchup, this omurice can truly be described as "orthodox," and its beautiful appearance will catch your eye even before you start eating it.Guan's omelet rice is so beautiful it would be a shame to destroy it.
The egg looks well-cooked, but when you gently insert a spoon into it, you can see that it's soft-cooked inside! The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a mysterious, fluffy texture that melts in your mouth.
The ketchup rice wrapped in a veil of soft, runny eggs is also exceptional. The sourness of the tomatoes, the umami of the chicken, and the aroma of butter combine to create a gentle, comforting flavor.Apparently, only Guan chefs who have mastered the art of cooking the omelet rice to perfection and delicate handling can prepare this dish.
The omelet rice made by the selected chef is a "just the right dish" that will make you think, "The orthodox way is delicious after all!" -
Even in the hot summer, you can eat it all! Sukiyaki is twice as delicious with just one dish
Iinoji offers hot pot dishes using seasonal Japanese ingredients, as well as seasonal side dishes and carefully selected sake. Here we introduce some "perfect dishes" that are perfect for the hot season.
Sukiyaki with Japanese Black Beef and Beef Tendons 3,600 yen (serves 2-3)
"Japanese Black Beef and Beef Tendon Sukiyaki" is a Kanto-style beef hotpot that uses Japanese Black Beef loin meat as the main ingredient, along with standard sukiyaki ingredients such as tofu, green onions, and shirataki noodles, simmered in a stockpot. The generous serving of Japanese Black Beef, which covers more than half of the top tier, is sure to whet your appetite.
We recommend simmering it on a tabletop stove for about 7 to 8 minutes.
Iinouji's sukiyaki is cooked in a pot, simmered on a stove set on the table. The recommended simmering time is about 7 to 8 minutes, and it is ready to eat when the sweet, rich aroma unique to Japanese Black Beef begins to waft through the air.
Dip a hot piece into the beaten egg and enjoy it in one bite.
The Japanese Black Beef dipped in beaten egg is so tender that you don't even need to chew it! The smooth texture and rich fat spreads in your mouth, making your cheeks loosen up.
The meat is delicious, as is the "Iinoji special sauce" that permeates the ingredients. The use of ZARA as an ingredient gives it a rich flavor, bringing out the umami of the Japanese Black beef.Plus, beef tendons appear from the bottom of the pot! They melt in your mouth the moment you put them in, and you can enjoy the unique chewy texture of beef tendons.
The small pot is just the right amount of food, so you can finish it all in no time, even on a hot summer day! Enjoy the deliciousness of sukiyaki in one dish. -
Truly the "ultimate" experience. A rare tongue that gives you a sense of the extraordinary.
"Tokyo Yakiniku Itoya" is run by "Heijoen," a long-established yakiniku restaurant founded in 1970. It is a sister store of Heijoen that purchases entire cows of A5-grade Japanese beef, the highest rank, such as Matsusaka beef and Kobe beef, and handles everything from processing to transportation in-house.
Among the many Wagyu beef menu items, the one that stands out the most is the "Ultimate Tongue of the Cow."The ultimate tongue of a whole cow 3,500 yen (tax included) *The photo shows 100g *Limited quantity per day. It will end when it is gone.
It is called "the ultimate of the whole cow" because of its rarity. Each luxuriously thick slice is made from the center part of the tongue, called "core tongue," and apparently only about 500g of it can be taken from one cow.
When it's time to eat, a skilled chef will cut it into bite-sized pieces.
The way to eat Ichito Kiwami Tongue is very simple. Cut each slice into thin pieces so that it is easy to eat, and then quickly grill each side for about one minute. The best way to cook it is when the surface is lightly browned.
We recommend having the tongue of a whole cow grilled by a staff member who is skilled in handling meat. Since it is a rare cut, you want to eat it in the best possible condition. When you eat it, be sure to take a bite right after it's been grilled! It has a pleasant chewiness and the meat juices overflow, and the more you chew, the more delicious the flavor spreads. The meat itself is salty, so it's delicious even without adding any sauce.
Adding the wasabi that comes with it adds a spicy and refreshing aroma to the juicy tongue, giving it a completely different flavor.
This is the ultimate tongue that can only be served at Ikuya, which purchases an entire Wagyu cow. Just one dish will make you feel like you're in the extraordinary. -
