KOME-DOKORO COI-NEXT is a bio-community hub that fully recycles resources, where universities and research institutes from within and outside Niigata Prefecture, local farmers and manufacturers, local governments, financial institutions, and others work together to achieve "sustainable rice production" and "next-generation food production using unused resources."
We at Hakkaisan Brewery also support this vision and are working on research into it.

In order to share the deliciousness of the "Nagaoka Koshihikari rice stored in the snow room" produced through this activity with as many people as possible, we will be offering it as a set lunch.

Lunch time: 11:00-14:00

In addition, customers who dine on the day for lunch will receive a 2-go pack of this "snow-stored rice" as a souvenir.
