● Those who normally use non-stick resin frying pans and would like to try using an iron frying pan.
● People who have started using an iron frying pan but are having trouble using it properly.

You'll be surprised at how different it is when cooked on a cast iron.
This is a beginner's guide that will completely change your image of grime that sticks, rusts, and is difficult to maintain.

◆Can a simple fried egg taste so much better when cooked in a cast iron skillet?
◆The Vienna sausages you're used to seeing at mass retailers can now be this delicious?!
◆Is the aroma really that different when you grill it on a grill pan?
