Please be wary of suspicious phone calls claiming to be from our company or facilities.
We have recently received information that suspicious phone calls have been made regarding credit cards and other matters from individuals claiming to be affiliated with our company.
Specifically, they received phone calls saying things like, "Someone is trying to use your credit card," or "Did you use a MITSUI OUTLET PARK card?"
Our staff and facilities will not contact you regarding credit card usage.
If you receive such a call, please be careful not to provide your credit card number or any other personal information, and do not respond to any requests from the caller. -

Basic Policy on Customer Harassment
We operate commercial facilities that are safe, secure, and attractive for our customers,

■ Definition of customer harassment
Based on the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's "Customer Harassment Countermeasures Corporate Manual,"
The definition of customer harassment is "customer requests or behavior that lacks appropriateness,
Or it involves behavior that is socially inappropriate (abusive language, assault, threats, etc.) and harms the working environment of employees."
The main examples of customer harassment are as follows, but are not limited to these:
・Violence, abusive language, and other harassing behavior
・Excessive or unreasonable requests, or requests unrelated to the product or Services
- Demands or attacks on individual employees
・Time and location restrictions that exceed reasonable limits
・Defamation onsocial media or the internet
- Any other requests or behavior that are deemed inappropriate according to social standards. -
