DENSETSU NO SUTADONYA ramen shop, has opened a new concept ramen restaurant called "Legendary Nikusoba-ya."
The dipping sauce uses a "secret recipe aged garlic soy sauce" that has been passed down since the restaurant's founding in 1971.
The soup is a special in-house recipe, made with a rich umami flavor extracted by simmering whole chickens and pork bones, and then enhanced with the richness of seafood stock made from bonito, dried sardines, clams, and scallops.
Our specially made noodles, which have excellent firmness, elasticity, and chewiness, are made using whole wheat flour from a long-established noodle factory that has been in business for over 70 years.
Furthermore, the pork belly used in Sutadonya's signature dish is carefully selected meat with a lean meat ratio of less than 40%.
As is typical with meat soba, slurping the noodles together with the meat creates a completely new taste sensation.
