伝説のすた丼屋がプロデュースした新感覚のラーメン店「伝説の肉そば屋」がオープン。
かえしには、昭和46年の創業時より受け継がれる「秘伝の熟成ニンニク醤油ダレ」を使用。
スープは、丸鶏と豚ガラを煮出して抽出した濃厚な旨みにかつお・煮干し・あさり・ホタテの魚介ダシでコクを加えた、店内仕込みの特製です。
コシと弾力があり歯ごたえが秀逸の特注麺には、創業70年余りの老舗製麺所の全粒粉麺を使っています。
また、すた丼屋のアイデンティティである豚バラ肉に用いるのは、赤身率40％未満の厳選肉。
肉そばらしく麺と一緒にすすれば新感覚の味わいです。
