Produced DENSETSU NO SUTADONYA
A new type of ramen restaurant, "Densetsu Niku Soba-ya," produced by DENSETSU NO SUTADONYA, has opened.
The sauce is made with a secret aged garlic soy sauce recipe that has been passed down since the restaurant was founded in 1971.
The soup is a special dish prepared in-house, with a rich flavor extracted from boiling whole chicken and pork bones, and added body with seafood stock made from bonito, dried sardines, clams, and scallops.
The custom-made noodles are chewy, elastic, and have an excellent texture, and are made with whole wheat flour from a long-established noodle factory that has been in business for over 70 years.
Furthermore, the pork belly meat used, which is the identity of Sutadonya, is carefully selected meat with a lean meat content of less than 40%.
Slurping it down with the noodles, just like meat soba, will give you a new and unique taste sensation.
