The flagship store is located in Tsukishima, the birthplace of the popular ramen, and the popular store has also opened a branch in Shibuya, where there are always long lines of customers every day.
The homemade monja broth, made by cooking seafood such as dried mackerel and bonito flakes with chicken bones and aromatic vegetables in a unique blend, is exquisite.
The seafood is carefully selected by the Toyosu Fisheries Wholesaler, which was founded in 1871 and is the family business of the original owner, and is delivered directly from Toyosu Market. Large seafood ingredients are also a specialty.
All monjayaki is cooked by staff on a hot plate in front of customers, so even first-time customers can enjoy it with peace of mind.
