In our small workshop in Mishima City, Shizuoka Prefecture, we carefully bake each and every confection, cherishing the natural flavors of our ingredients.

This time, we'll be offering a variety of baked goods, primarily our popular cookies and scones, that can be enjoyed in a range of situations, from everyday snacks to gifts.

And this time, we will also be selling the "Mishima Japanese Black Tea Lemon Cake," which is featured in the menu book for the "match snacks" for the 39th Ryuo Tournament Mishima Match, to be held in Mishima on October 22nd and 23rd.

This lemon cake has a refreshing and gentle flavor, made with Japanese black tea from Mishima and lemon.

We will also have seasonal granola and homemade jam available in limited quantities.
