Made with farmed sea bream from Numazu and mackerel flakes from a 70-year-old established company, this dish is full of the bounty of Suruga Bay.
This is fish broth curry.
You can also add the ever-popular fried sardines as a topping for an easy and delicious way to enjoy fish.
