*To reduce congestion, we will be introducing electronic tickets for purchasing eligible products.
*After calling out all those with electronic ticket holders, additional tickets will be sold only if there are still tickets remaining.
<Regarding product purchase tickets>
*Please be sure to check that your name and address are registered correctly before obtaining a pre-booked ticket.
*To prevent resale, we will be conducting "identity verification (confirming that you are the person who obtained the electronic ticket)" for all customers on the day of the event. Please note that if we are unable to verify your identity, you will not be able to reserve a CD. Furthermore, if any serious fraud is confirmed, you will be denied participation in the event on that day and in all future events.
*Each person may only obtain one numbered ticket. Obtaining multiple tickets is prohibited, and if it is confirmed that you have obtained more than one ticket, a staff member will speak to you.
Starting at 9:00 PM the day before the event, we will be distributing numbered tickets for product reservations via the "KAWAII LAB. STORE" app (first-come, first-served). Please download the app from the link below.

<Reception Hours> From 9:00 PM on Thursday, April 23, 2026 to 8:00 AM on Friday, April 24, 2026
*To obtain a numbered ticket, you will need to verify your phone number and your identity via the app. Please complete this in advance.
*Even if the reception is still open, it will end once the planned number of receptions has been reached.
*If you are under 17 years old, please obtain permission from your guardian before downloading the app and obtaining your own registration number.
*Customers under 17 years old who do not own a smartphone are requested to register for the app and obtain a numbered ticket using their guardian's device. At that time, please register the personal information of those attending the event on the day via the app.

Numbered tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
The time when your issued queue number will be called is an estimate only.
If you have the corresponding numbered ticket, please come to the "Decagon" outdoor event space LaLaport NAGOYA minato AQULS when the time comes. We will be calling out the numbers at the venue on the day of the event. Please come to the venue when your number is approaching.

Numbered tickets for product reservations will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

・Numbers 601-800 = 10:35
・Numbers 801 to 1,000 = 10:50

・Numbers 1,200 to 1,500 = 11:20
・Number 1,501 and above = 11:40

*Please note that the product purchase numbered ticket does not guarantee CD reservation (distribution of bonus tickets/priority area admission tickets). It is solely a numbered ticket for CD reservation.
