Free live concert & special event

A special event will be held after the free live performance for those who reserve or purchase the designated products at the venue on the day.
Anyone can watch the free live performance, but only in the spaces designated at the venue. Viewing from areas other than those designated is not permitted. As the space at the venue is limited, we may impose restrictions on viewing the free live performance depending on the situation.
For viewing the free live performance, a "priority viewing area" will be set up where you can watch the event from a closer distance. A "priority viewing area ticket (with serial number)" is required for this.

[How to participate in the event]
On the day of the event, from 11:00 (scheduled)
Customers who reserve or purchase the following products at the special sales booth on the event stage will be given one "priority viewing area admission ticket (with serial number)" per person, and one "bonus ticket" per product, on a first-come, first-served basis.
We may ask staff to call out to customers in advance and form a waiting line to purchase the product.
Any queues that are made before the start of sales and are not attended by staff may be invalid. Please follow the instructions of staff.
Each person will be given one "Priority Viewing Area Ticket" per transaction, regardless of the number purchased.
The number of "priority viewing area admission tickets" and "bonus tickets" is limited and will end when they are gone.
"Priority viewing area admission tickets" and "bonus tickets" will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
The serial numbers for the "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket" will be distributed randomly, not in the order of purchase.
During the special event, only those who have a special event ticket or who plan to participate in the special event will be allowed to enter and stay in the event space. Customers who have finished participating in the special event or who do not plan to participate in the special event are asked to leave promptly. Staff will be available at any time within the venue to check whether or not you have a special event ticket.
