Autumn Bon Dance Festival at LaLaport NAGOYA minato AQULS

The Bon Odori Festival, which has become an annual tradition in spring and autumn, will be held again this autumn at LaLaport NAGOYA minato AQULS
The event will be held at the outdoor event space "Decagon."
Let's dance together to Bon Odori dances from all over the country, focusing on songs that are popular in Nagoya, from traditional folk dances to J-POP!
Participation is free!
Anyone can participate, including those who love Bon Odori, as well as first-timers.
Feel free to join the circle at any time, and feel free to leave at any time! Enjoy the Bon Odori dance with ease.
There is no dress code, so casual clothes and sneakers are fine.
[Please note] As the venue is artificial turf, please refrain from making noise with sandals with teeth in order to protect the artificial turf.
We will provide a separate space where you can kick the ground with geta sandals or other items to make sounds, so you can enjoy it there.

★Information about the Taiko Experience Corner for elementary school children and younger★
There will be two Bon Odori times for children.
First half: 13:35-13:55
Second half: 3:15pm - 3:35pm
The first 24 people in each group (48 people in total) will have the opportunity to experience playing Japanese drums along to actual music.
Taiko tickets will be distributed at the reception from 10:00. If you would like to participate, please come to the reception on the day.
*Taiko tickets are for the first and second halves of the performance, so please come to the venue at the appropriate time.
*Please note that distribution will end once the specified number of tickets has been reached.

★Information about the open practice session★
For those who can't get enough of dancing on the day, or who want to enjoy the show even more after learning to dance,
On the day of the event, we will hold a public practice session focusing on the dance pieces on the following dates.
Even those who are dancing Bon Odori for the first time can enjoy it.

No prior reservations are required, so please feel free to join us.
(Some songs require the use of fans and hand towels, so please bring them if necessary.)

・Smoking is prohibited around the event venue, so if you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas.
・Please refrain from eating or drinking inside the dance circle.
・If there are a large number of participants, staff may help organize the group.
・Please refrain from taking photos or videos inside the dancing circle as it is extremely dangerous (with the exception of some events such as the children's corner).
・In addition, staff may make requests on the day for operational reasons, so we ask for your cooperation in such cases.
