This course begins by loosening up the area around the eyes and ears, followed by Megurism, which loosens up the neck, shoulders, and head while you relax.

This year, a new stretch has been added to the shoulder area, giving you a more refreshing feeling.
Megurism is available in two scents: "A refreshing forest bathing scent" or "Unscented."
In addition, this year we will be launching a cool, refreshing type from April 4th!
