● Pork Steak on a Hot Plate ●
We will prepare a thick steak of tender, domestically produced pork.
Enjoy changing the flavor with yuzu pepper, ginger soy sauce, and spicy miso!
●Grilled Chicken Thighs●
This teppanyaki chicken thigh dish uses "Aritadori," a brand of chicken from Saga Prefecture that has no unpleasant odor typical of chicken!
We finished this steak with a refreshing sauce made from Kyushu's sweet soy sauce with a touch of acidity.
Steak sauce is also available for purchase in-store!
