The Handmade Ham Factory Leckerbissen on the first basement floor of COREDO Muromachi 2 opened 10 years ago when the facility was first opened. I went to COREDO Muromachi almost every day for the first five years, and I still work in front of COREDO store two to three days a week.

The special features of "Reckerbissen" at COREDO Muromachi 2 B1

All of Leckerbissen's ham is handmade by skilled craftsmen at the main store in Meguro. They are particular about the ingredients and manufacturing process, and do not use any preservatives or fillers. At lunchtime, they offer homemade sandwiches and other items at reasonable prices, and have a menu that people who work in the neighborhood can easily enjoy.

They offer a lineup of about 35 different sandwiches, with over a dozen different varieties available daily or monthly. The bread they use is from BOUL'ANGE on the 1st basement floor of COREDO Muromachi 3. Customers have commented that the bread is delicious. After they were featured in a local magazine, more and more customers started coming to the store just for the sandwiches.

Our goal in customer service has always been to "get closer to our customers." We call our regular customers by name and understand their individual preferences. For example, we write the birthdays of our regular customers on a calendar in the store. We also give birthday coupons to customers who come to the store near their birthdays. We are proud of the close relationships we are able to build between our staff and our customers.

When I think about the charm of COREDO Muromachi, the faces of the staff who run it come to mind. All of the people who have worked at COREDO over the past 10 years have had IN personalities, and there isn't a single one I don't remember.

The regular menu item, roast beef sandwich, is served every day, but the Wagyu Roast Beef Sandwich is available only for the COREDO ANNIVERSARY. This was actually a secret menu item that was only available to regular customers when leftover Wagyu roast beef was available.

The additive-free roast beef is a proud dish that Leckerbissen has been making for the past 40 years. By using A5 rank Japanese black beef, the dish is softer than usual and full of flavor.

It introduces products from long-established stores in Nihonbashi little by little, and I love how it's packed with the charm of Nihonbashi. COREDO ANNIVERSARY Limited Edition Bonuses

During the COREDO ANNIVERSARY period, Iwami Ginzan Gunendo will be giving away a non-sale mug and coaster set to anyone who spends 33,000 yen or more (tax included).

The mugs are a collaboration with Sekishu Shimada Kiln, an Iwami ware kiln that opened in Gotsu, Shimane Prefecture in 1935. They are made using durable clay from the Iwami region and fired in a climbing kiln that has been handed down for generations, giving each mug a unique expression and warmth that can be felt through the handiwork.

Although it is made of ceramic, it is microwave-safe, so you can use it with ease. This mug can be used in a variety of situations, such as at the dinner table every day, at work, or when you want to take a break.

The coasters are made from indigo-dyed fabric produced in Shizuoka Prefecture. They are made by effectively utilizing the scraps of fabric that are produced when cutting clothes. Please enjoy the unique aging process of indigo dyeing.

At COREDO Nihonbashi, I often go to the bread shop "MAISON KAYSER" on the first basement floor. They have a wide variety of delicious hard breads. It's also great that it's directly connected to the station, so you can go there without getting wet on rainy days. At COREDO Muromachi, I like Nakadori, which gives off a traditional townscape.

About COREDO ANNIVERSARY limited items

To commemorate the 20th anniversary COREDO Nihonbashi, three limited items are available for both Men's and Men's. For Men's, there is a knit jacket, blazer, and melange jacket, while for Men's, there is a Milan rib jacket, bowtie blouse, and spongy collarless jacket. The designs are basic yet elegant, with understated colors and patterns, conservative yet somehow unique.

In order to respond to the valuable opinions and requests we have received from our customers in Nihonbashi, we have pursued color, material, details, and even size. For example, Men's 's blazer uses fabric from MAR & VANS, a long-established British textile manufacturer. We selected a navy color with a slight bluish tint, inspired by the water city of Nihonbashi.

The Men's 's Milano Rib Jacket is made from a highly elastic jersey material. In response to customer requests for a jacket that is a little easier to wear and that looks neat and is comfortable to wear, we have achieved both a beautiful silhouette and comfort.
