Cheers to Hakkaisan on Sake Day on October 1st!

October 1st is "Sake Day" designated by the Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association.
This day is intended to be an opportunity for sake lovers, as well as those who have never tried sake, to try it.
We will be offering two types of "Cheers Sets" for a limited time only on October 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
One is "Awa Hakkaisan, a second-fermented sake in a bottle" paired with sea urchin and snow crab dressed in soy sauce and koji, and the other is "Hakkaisan Special Honjozo" paired with seared Hokkaido beef. This set allows you to enjoy the pairing of sake and food.
We look forward to your visit.
