The top tier of the two-tiered steamer features five popular Taiwanese sweets, including "Taiwanese Castella Nama Chocolate," "Mini Douhua," "Mini Tangyuan," and "Pineapple Cake," all exclusive to the Winter Afternoon Tea. The bottom tier features four original Chun Shui Tang small-plate dishes, including the "Mini Gua Bao," "Sesame Boiled Dumplings," and "Plump Shrimp Dumplings," as well as a glass parfait filled with plenty of ganache and strawberries, and your choice of over 50 varieties of tea and Taiwanese tea. The exquisite balance of sweet and salty food makes for a hearty yet satisfying combination. Drinks available include seasonal ganache.
