We collect unwanted knives and scissors free of charge if you don't know how to throw them away or if you find it difficult to throw them away. We then hold a memorial service for them at the Knife Memorial Service to be held in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture on November 8th, and recycle them into new steel.
*Ceramic knives are not subject to collection.
