Brand Concept | He trained at the old Higashi-Ikebukuro Daishoken for many years. He was the last apprentice of the late Yamagishi Kazuo, the inventor of tsukemen and his master, and trained at the old Higashi-Ikebukuro Daishoken until it closed. He then worked at Osaki Rokurinsha and experienced being a manager of a branch before going independent. He founded Kuriyama in Hakuraku, Yokohama. His tsukemen, which is made in-house using his master's noodle machine and served with a medium-thick soup, is popular. You can enjoy that taste at the food court "HAKURAKUKURIYAMASEIMEN" in Mitsui Outlet Bayside. |
