| Brand Concept | This chocolate brand was founded in April 2000 in a prefabricated building measuring just 6.6 square meters in Yokohama City. Vanilla Bean's Bayside will be selling limited edition sweets for the first time in a brick-and-mortar store, including our popular Chocolat and bits of raw chocolate that inevitably end up in the manufacturing process. The attached cafe will be serving up a rich chocolate ice cream made with vanilla Bean's that can only be enjoyed here. During your break between shopping, enjoy Yokohama-made craft chocolate, made with carefully selected cacao beans, to your heart's content. With the motto of "Make the world happy with chocolate," we aim to create a system through chocolate that will bring smiles to the faces of those who eat it, those who make it, and the people in the countries where the cocoa is grown. |
