Italian owner-chef Isogai trained at a famous restaurant in Tokyo and opened "Mensho Guritora."
It is featured in the Michelin Guide Osaka, Kyoto, and Okayama editions, and has also won first place in numerous ramen expos across the country.
Based on the concept of "A cup of coffee that protects and nurtures Japan's wonderful ingredients and food culture,"
Using carefully selected ingredients (domestic shamo chicken, whole chickens, seafood from the Seto Inland Sea, kelp, bonito flakes, dried sardines, etc.), and keeping seasonings to a minimum, they bring out the maximum flavor of the ingredients, incorporating Italian and Japanese techniques to create the ultimate bowl of ramen.
