On May 30th (Sat) and 31st (Sun), 2026, we will be hosting the first-ever "Repair Cafe Oyabe"!
This is a special opportunity to have your valuable items repaired with professional skills.
Repair requests are by advance reservation only (lottery system). Please take this opportunity to apply!

[Event Hours] 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM each day (Last entry: 4:00 PM)
[Event Details]
① Repair Cafe Oyabe *Reservations required (by lottery)
Please bring in any items you currently own that you would like to have repaired (altered) at this opportunity.
Please provide details of the item you wish to have repaired when submitting your request.
●Bicycle Repair (Hishida Bicycle Association): Professional mechanics will carefully repair any problems with your beloved bicycle.
● Apparel sewing (Miyamori Co., Ltd.): We repair frayed or torn parts of your favorite clothes with professional, high-level sewing techniques.
●Bag sewing (Miyamori Co., Ltd.): We will repair frayed handles and torn fabrics on your precious bags, making them stronger and more durable.
●Pressure patch repair (Japan Polymer Co., Ltd.): Repairs torn areas of clothing by applying patches. You can also enjoy customizing your clothes.
● Zipper Repair (YKK Corporation): We restore broken zippers on outerwear and bags to their original condition.
How to apply
If you would like to request repairs, please apply in advance using the form below.
Application period: Until May 24, 2026 (Sunday)

*Please be sure to check the application guidelines before applying.
*While same-day participation is possible if there are available slots, priority will be given to those who have made reservations in advance.
Participation fee: 500 yen (tax included) *Please pay in cash at the venue on the day of the event.
[Special Offer] All applicants will receive a 10% discount that can be used at "Reforme" on the 2nd floor of the building.
*Benefit redemption period: Until November 30, 2026 (Monday). Excludes hemming services. Limited to one use per person.
② Repair Shops taught by professionals
● Kintsugi (Kanazawa Institute of Technology): Create Kutani ware accessories using the traditional Kintsugi technique. You can also experience a Kintsugi card game.
Participation fee: Free Number of participants: First 100 people *Only held on Saturday, May 30th.
● Collage Art (Miyamori Co., Ltd.): Create art pieces by combining leftover fabric scraps and offcuts.
Participation fee: Free Number of participants: First 100 people each day
●Create original finger puppets from fabric scraps! (Toyama University): Make finger puppets with colorful and unique hair.
Participation fee: Free Number of participants: First 80 people each day
● Embroidered Keychain Making (Guruguru Fukui) (Kazuma Co., Ltd.): Scraps of fabric are transformed into embroidered keychains! An eco-friendly and fun upcycling experience.
Participation fee: 700 yen (tax included) *Cash only on the day of the event. Number of participants: First 100 people each day.
● Upcycling of marine plastic (Guruguru Fukui) (Solit Lab Co., Ltd.): We transform marine plastic into brightly colored keychains.
Participation fee: 700 yen (tax included) *Cash only on the day of the event. Number of participants: First 100 people each day.
③ Free screening of the film "The Repair Cafe"
10:00 - 17:00 *Loop screening

A story of people and things, gathered at a repair cafe originating in the Netherlands.
*This is a film with a running time of approximately 30 minutes.
