iroHa's Daifuku is carefully crafted in the naturally rich environment of Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture.
We blend Shiga Habutae glutinous rice, which has excellent stretch, firmness, and stickiness, to create a pleasantly soft and chewy texture.
Please enjoy Japanese sweets that can be enjoyed with all five senses.
