Himi Kitokito Sushi was established in 1984 in Himi City, Toyama Prefecture, a fish-producing region of the Sea of Japan. "Kitokito" is a Toyama dialect word meaning fresh, fresh, and lively, and with this motto in mind, please enjoy our seasonal Japanese menu, including carefully selected seafood bowls, nigiri sushi platters, and Himi udon sets (made with Himi thread udon, one of Japan's three great udon noodles, from the original Takaokaya Honpo).
