Teshikaga Ramen has its main store at the foot of Lake Mashu in eastern Hokkaido, and operates five stores in and around Sapporo. The noodles are made from 100% Hokkaido wheat, and the soup is made using local pork and chicken. Dried scallops from the Okhotsk Sea provide a special flavor, and the menu also actively uses Hokkaido salmon toba, wild garlic, and mountain wasabi.
