Kinzanji Miso Cheese Curry Bread
Winner of the Gold Award in the East Japan Baked Curry category at the 2025 Curry Bread Grand Prix!
We use Kinzanji miso, made by Ogawaya, which was founded in 1848.
This hearty dish features a chewy dough and the slightly sweet and rich flavor of Kinzanji miso, which goes perfectly with the curry.

This is a recreation of a recipe from the book "Shokudoraku" by Gensai Murai, a novelist with ties to Hiratsuka!
