LaLaport TOKYO-BAY North Building Phase I will be reopening in October 2025!
In addition, vivit MINAMI FUNABASHI will be reborn as "LaLaport TOKYO-BAY North Gate"!

The North Building Phase I area will bring together 94 stores from a wide range of genres, including high-end select items, sports, LIFE goods, and food and drink, and will also feature a newly established food zone, one of the largest in Chiba Prefecture, combining a food court and restaurant zone!

In conjunction with the first phase of the North Building reconstruction plan, vivit MINAMI FUNABASHI will be reborn as LaLaport TOKYO-BAY North Gate!
A lush, welcoming space will be created at the east side, which is the main entrance, and the atrium plaza will be transformed into an even more attractive event space!

LaLaport with the largest number of stores (approximately 390 stores) is born!
