This is #El, the #Red-wingedLong-leggedParakeet!
As its name suggests, the Red-winged Parakeet has the characteristic of turning red on its head as it grows.
Another attraction of this species is that you can observe the change in body color from young to adult!
The genus of parrots to which "El" belongs is said to have many species that, as its name suggests, have long wings and are good at flying.
This is the largest type of parakeet that you can hold in your hand in our small bird area and has an outstanding presence!
Be sure to hold El in your hand and enjoy its size and feather color up close!
We also sell bird treats (¥200 each)!
It's sure to be popular not only with El but with other birds too!
