About pre-orders and sales of the JILL STUART 2025 Makeup Coffret

There is a purchase limit of two JILL STUART makeup coffrets per person.

In-store reservations will begin at 10:00 on Friday, October 17th.
(Pickup is available from Friday, October 31st onwards)

We do not accept reservations over the phone.

For safety reasons, customers will be asked to line up in the connecting corridor to the 2nd floor A multi-story parking lot (in front of the store entrance) and will be given numbered tickets in order.

If you come from any other entrance, you will be asked to line up at the end of the line in the connecting corridor to the 2nd floor A multi-story parking lot.

We can also accept reservations via LINE, but please note that in-store reservations take priority.
(If in-store reservations are sold out, we may not be able to accept reservations via LINE.)

We will respond to LINE messages in order of their reply.
Please refrain from contacting us again as this may cause the order to change.

Please note that limited edition items are available in limited quantities.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any disputes between customers.
