3F フロアガイド・MAP

"Sutadon" is a hearty and filling bowl of rice topped with a large portion of rice (the regular portion is about three bowls' worth). It is made by deep-frying juicy, tender pork belly at low temperature to melt away excess fat and lock in the flavor, then coating it in a "secret garlic soy sauce sauce" and stir-frying it all in one go using high heat and the skill of a skilled chef in a wok.
Sapporo Ramen Kunitachi branch was established in Kunitachi, Tokyo in 1971, and the founder and owner created this dish after much trial and error with the desire to "serve young people full of cheap and delicious food." It was originally conceived as a "staff meal" for employees, but word spread among regular customers and it began to be sold as a menu item at the ramen shop. The impact of its unparalleled flavor and volume eventually spread by word of mouth in the Tama area of Tokyo, and it has been loved for many years since then. Please come and try the menu items that boast unparalleled volume, made with traditional secret sauces and a commitment to using only the finest ingredients!
