This year, we have bread made with three types of apples: Fuji, Ourin, and Kogyoku.

The fragrant maple, rich flavor of butter, and subtle saltiness are perfectly matched with the gentle sweetness of apples.
The crispy texture of the walnuts adds an accent.

・Orin and walnut sugar butter
Made with refreshingly sweet Orin apples and fragrant walnuts, then baked with butter and sugar.
This dish is a perfect combination of the refreshing taste of apples and the savory flavor of butter.

・Aomori apple bread with cinnamon aroma
We added cinnamon, which goes well with apples, to the inside and topped it with sweet apples before baking.
