Frailty check and frailty prevention seminar for seniors (free, registration required)

This course is designed to help you stay healthy and vibrant for as long as possible.

● First Frailty Check
Let's check your muscle mass, oral function, and other factors to assess your current level of physical health!
Date and Time: November 4th (Wed) 13:30-15:10
● 2nd Frailty Prevention Seminar
We'll introduce exercises to prevent falls, strengthen muscles, and tips for living a healthy and active life!
Date and Time: Wednesday, November 11th, 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM
Instructor: Ryohei Harada
Physical Therapist, Kashiwanoha Orthopedic Surgery and Rehabilitation Clinic
● 1st and 2nd session common
• Location: LaLaport KASHIWANOHA North Building 3F, Machi no Kenko Kenkyujo Ashita
• Participation fee: Free
• Capacity: 20 people per session
・What to bring: Comfortable clothing (you will be barefoot), drinks, and the Kashiwa City health app, WaniFit (if you have one).
