Even first-timers can feel at ease!
While taking deep breaths, you will move your pelvis and shoulder blades to strengthen your core.
By performing basic Lattice movements, you can learn the correct way to use your body, which can lead to improved posture and help prevent or alleviate shoulder stiffness and lower back pain.
*Please be aware that you are solely responsible for any injuries that may occur.
• Date and Time: September 14th (Mon) 13:00-14:00 Instructor: Ririka
September 30th (Wed) 13:00-14:00 Instructor: Mai
45 minutes of exercise, followed by a Q&A session and individual counseling.
• Location: LaLaport KASHIWANOHA North Building 3F, Machi no Kenko Kenkyujo Ashita
• Participation fee: Free
• Capacity: 10 people (Participation is limited to once a month.)
Items to bring: Comfortable clothing, drinks, towel
