This time, we'll be doing "origami" without folding paper. It's a salon.
The staff themselves traveled to Niigata to make washi paper with reeds, and combined it with a fan made from scraps of "Kameda-jima," a traditional cotton textile that has been produced in the Shinano River and Agano River basin since the Edo period.
You can choose your favorite pattern for Kameda-jima fabric. Enjoy matching patterns vertically, horizontally, and diagonally.
In this scorching summer, I hope you can experience a gentle breeze, like the cool air from a fan inside a mosquito net on a restless night.
