Today we held an icing cookie decoration experience event hosted by Biscuitrie Ma Copine, a local baked goods specialty store in Shonan Hiratsuka!

It's an event that can be enjoyed by both children and adults.

The person who will teach us how to decorate icing cookies is Matsumoto, the owner pastry chef at Ma Copine.

Before starting, we changed into the special chef's coat provided by Matsumoto, and transformed into very cute pastry chefs!

It lifts my spirits ♪

First, the teacher will teach you how to decorate.

It seems difficult to draw patterns on small cookies...

But don't worry! Your teacher will teach you the tricks!

Add a cream made from sugar, egg whites, and icing color to create the border.

Use a spoon or spatula to spread the cream inside and wait a little while for it to dry...!

Then just repeat this process.

Once all the steps are complete, it's finished!

The hour passed by in a flash!
