Hello! We are Form-i, a specialty shop for clothing and bag repairs.
As the weather gets warmer, T-shirts are an essential piece of clothing.
You can also shorten the sleeve length and overall length of T-shirts!
Do you have any T-shirts that you own, or T-shirts you bought online or without trying them on, that don't fit?
We can also handle alterations for T-shirts purchased in the building!
Why not get your clothes altered early to prepare for summer?

● Sleeve length shortening ● Garment length shortening ● Shoulder width shortening ● Body width (waist) shortening ● Neck circumference shortening, etc.
*We also offer alteration services for designs with slits or rounded hems.
*We also handle repairs such as holes and loose stitching.
We also offer alteration services for training wear and polo shirts.
If you're having trouble because your garment doesn't have a slit at the hem, we can create one for you. Please feel free to consult with our staff.
[Request] Please bring in clothes that have been laundered before having them altered. Thank you for your cooperation.
