[BAG repair/Shoulder strap cut]

Is the shoulder strap on your bag at a comfortable length?

If you find a bag you like but it's not available in the length you want, you can cut the strap to shorten it.
Customers who wish to change the length should bring the product with them and consult with a staff member.

Additionally, for those who are concerned about the length of the shoulder strap with the adjustable buckle but still need "just a little more," there is also the option of adding more holes to the belt. This method is recommended for those who want to keep costs down. (Note: Adding holes will move the buckle further inward, making the end of the strap longer. For those who don't want to change the overall balance, we recommend cutting the belt.)

If the strap is too long or not positioned correctly, it can put a strain on your shoulders and back. Adjusting the length will improve the fit and make it more convenient and comfortable to use. If you're having trouble with the length of your bag's shoulder strap, please feel free to contact us.
