Honey Lemon Rare Cheesecake Parfait: ¥1,680 (tax included)

This dessert was designed to resemble a rare cheesecake tart.
This special rare cheesecake cream is made by mixing Setouchi lemon juice-based original lemon paste with Setouchi lemon peel and cream cheese. It's a combination of Japanese and Chinese ingredients that is typical of nana’s green tea.
The cream cheese used is made in Normandy, a region renowned for its dairy farming, even within France, a country known for its agriculture. To bring out the gentle, light yet rich flavor of the raw milk, the saltiness is kept to a minimum. This cream cheese offers a light, melt-in-your-mouth texture and a lingering, enveloping aftertaste.
Additionally, the "Honey Lemon" will be prepared at each store. The domestically produced multifloral honey is characterized by its refreshing taste that enhances the citrus flavor, thanks to the blend of various flowers.
Instead of mochi balls, we've topped it with warabi mochi (bracken starch jelly). We hope you enjoy both its refreshing appearance and the Western-style flavor of the warabi mochi.
As you eat this parfait, the refreshing taste of lemon, the richness of the rare cheesecake cream, the jelly made with organic Japanese black tea from Yakushima, and the deep aroma of Shiranui tea all come together in layers.


Frozen Honey Lemonade: 780 yen (tax included)

We've updated last year's popular drink, creating a frozen beverage with an even more pronounced citrus flavor.
The frozen portion is made with a base of homemade honey lemon syrup and Shiranui orange juice, capturing the full flavor of citrus fruits. You'll be able to taste the refreshing citrus flavor right from the first sip.
We topped it with jelly made from organic Japanese black tea from Yakushima, creating a dessert-like treat.
Furthermore, the addition of lemon pulp from the Setouchi region adds a refreshing tartness and textural accent.
