"From taste to bonds" We serve what we all made with everyone's hands, and our customers are pleased. And that's how bonds are born. When a weekday office worker customer comes on a Saturday in casual clothes with his family, or when he brings his girlfriend, we feel the joy of a bond that is born from a single flavor. For that moment of joy, we continue to protect one flavor while evolving it every day. By protecting and evolving that flavor, bonds are born with our employees, and from that flavor, bonds are born with our customers. For that joy, our colleagues at TSUJITA work hard every day.
The soup base for the products we offer is made over a period of more than ten hours using carefully selected domestic pork bones, Hinai Jidori chicken bones, seafood, vegetables, and a total of over ten other ingredients.
Although we cannot disclose the exact origin or ingredients, we strive to preserve the flavor and continue to improve it every day.
