The restaurant's name "Tsujihan" comes from the bowl of ramen that was created by the combined efforts of TSUJITA founder Tsujita Yudai, a dynamic figure in the ramen industry, and Kaneko Shinya, founder of Nihonbashi Kaneko Hannosuke Hannosuke, combining the "Tsuji" from TSUJITA and the "Han" from Hannosuke.
