Ganso Takoyaki of Aidu-ya, founded in 1933. It all started when the founder, Endo Tomekichi and his wife, who were from the Aizu region of Fukushima, opened a radioyaki stand in Imazato-Shinchi, Osaka. After making improvements to the radioyaki, which was popular as a children's snack, they were inspired by Akashi's tamagoyaki and released radioyaki with octopus. It soon became popular among customers and was called "takoyaki". At the Osaka Flower Expo, they were chosen as a poster model for JR Line lines as Osaka's representative, and at the APEC Osaka Conference '95, takoyaki was introduced as samurai balls, and it is treated as a representative Japanese food. Aizuya will be releasing a new "beef tendon yaki" for the first time, with the same taste as Aizuya. Using Ichiko's secret takoyaki dough, beef tendon meat for radioyaki is added as is, and plenty of flavorful domestic green onions are used, and it is baked to a fragrant finish with a light soy sauce flavor. Please take this opportunity to enjoy Aizuya's new challenge.
