MACHIMURA FARM is a traditional dairy farm that represents Hokkaido, founded in 1917. The founder, who spent 10 years during the Meiji and Taisho periods studying abroad in the United States, brought back to Japan the recipe for ice cream he had tasted at the farm where he studied, and began producing small quantities of it for his own use as a way to entertain his guests. This is the origin of MACHIMURA FARM 's frozen items. With the business philosophy of "creating soil, grass, and cows," the farm processes milk, a gift from cows that are carefully raised by hand, into drinks, cream, and butter. Ice cream and soft serve ice cream are also made from these high-quality dairy ingredients. These products, which are produced at the dairy on the farm site, are delivered daily from Hokkaido to Osaka. In addition to frozen menu items, the farm also sells processed products such as confectioneries that use plenty of its own dairy ingredients. The farm sells original items, aiming to be a store that is supported by the people of the Kansai region. Enjoy a variety of freshly made menu items made from dairy products delivered directly from the farm.
